IM TIRED! I NEED ENERGY!today my whole body was aching like hell!
i mean from shoulder straight till my toes!
as i didnt exercise for almost 2 months!
climbing up e stair is torturing mi! muscle ache until i don wana move!
today almost whole day slack!
first 2 period was watching video!
i slept in e second period as its was quite bored!
n i was damn tired can!
after skol,
cab home..
actually going out to watch movie..
but ~~~
so nvr watch, n i stay at home!
im guai!
but i cant expected tat i injure my knee again!
when i trying to put my leg straight!
my knee was rather weak man!
gonna ice it n i lazy to go tui again n i don wan to spend money!
